This means your service will never be cut off, but after reaching a certain usage threshold in a month, the network may reduce speeds slightly during peak hours. The speed shown (e.g., 2Mbps after FUP) is the minimum you can expect — sufficient for browsing, email, and light streaming. Most users never notice the difference in everyday use.
